Behind Homebase
Hi! I’m Deanna, the proud Founder of Homebase Lifestyle Assist.
I spent ten incredible years working in the superyacht industry where I had the opportunity to travel the world and work for some amazing families. Four years ago, my husband and I decided to leave life on the ocean behind and return to the beautiful Sunshine Coast permanently. From there I transitioned into a career in Global Partnerships and Brand Management, collaborating with a number of top companies on a range of exciting projects.
The concept of Homebase was born out of heartfelt conversations with friends and family about the challenges we all face in managing busy households and endless to-do lists. Life can often feel overwhelming as we strive to juggle responsibilities and find that elusive sense of balance. Through these discussions, I realised that balance isn’t something we find but something we create with the right support in place.
Throughout my career I have learned the importance of understanding every client’s unique preferences. These insights have shaped how I approach personalised support and are the core of my vision for Homebase. No two households are the same and our goal is to implement Lifestyle Assistants who provide a high level of personalised support, tailored to each client’s needs and the ever-changing demands in life.
